If those perps had been driving through California, they would have never been stopped.

I was in Charleston visiting family 3 weeks ago and everywhere I went there was a noticeable police presence—especially after 9 pm on most roads. Unlike California, the police in South Carolina will pull over a car for any reason they want. I like that. Maybe that’s what California needs (and soon)

That is a very foolish position to take. Why not just shred the Bill of Rights and do away with warrants and those pesky court proceedings.
