They ~are~ hate speech, at least when I mak'em, and I mak'em all the time.
I ~hate~ the bloody buggers (lawyers) and I insist -- not withstanding their assaults on the constitution -- that my hate speech is protected by the 1st Amendment (which is guaranteed by the 2nd).
