I know FR is Great and in no way similar to KOS, however, my bosses do not know up from down.

They are typical scared uninformed liberals.
I just don’t want to get in any trouble.

You’ve been a Freeper for about 3.5 months. You should be able by now to decide whether it’s a hatesite or not. If you’re afraid that the boss or IT guy takes the privilege of surfing on office’s computer, then perhaps you need to speak up when they find out or simply start freeping at home. Another option: invite them to be a Freeper.

"I just don’t want to get in any trouble."

Shouldn't you be working at work anyway? That's the best way to avoid getting into trouble. I know I would get a little ticked off if my employees spent the day surfing instead of working. [That's my job :o)]

But if you are allowed to use your breaks or lunch surfing the net, your boss shouldn't care if you spend it reading news and public opinion of the things concerning the nation, even if you go to sites like daily Kuss, or DU (puke)

Grow a pair or quit screwing off at work.
Signed up in April, I see. H-m-m.

I’d tell ‘em to F themselves. Of course, that’s why I could never work for linguini-spined liberals anyway.

Then quit surfing at work and work. Surf at home!

If I ever even hinted at how I really feel, my job later became toast. I hate being in the closet! I want to work somewhere I don’t have to lie about who I am. Maybe a mom & pop sporting goods shop?

I heard the O'Reilly segment and Kristinn's comments were reasonable. O'Reilly expects FR to pay for full time professional monitors, but he didn't offer to contribute, I noticed. Kristinn made the point that some enemies of FR log on and post things that denigrate FR in the eyes of many. As soon as these are identified, they are removed. I thought it was well-handled by Kristinn, followed by typical O'Reilly pontificating.

If you work for people who would be offended by that exchange, I suggest you look for a better situation.
