Personally, I am glad that Bill O’Reilly is making himself known to Freepers as to what he truly is, O’Reilly has just done Free Republic a service.
I can’t believe anyone is surprised. I also can’t believe he has the top rated show. Then again, yes I can. Looking at Fox’s ratings, you notice the more idiotic a show is, the better the ratings. Their only halfway decent show is Brit’s show, which is consistently the worst rated Fox show. The other shows—Factor, H/C, Greta, Shep? Unwatchable. A complete waste of precious time.
Sometimes O’Reilly gets himself so worked up on an issue, you can almost see the last vestige of logic leave his head.
On some things he is dead on. Immigration and child predators for example.
But when it comes to things like this (and technology in general), he has not a clue IMO.
O’Reilly is full of himself who gets tough with issues that 99% of Americans agree with, such as child molesters. When it comes to controversial and difficult topics he is milk toast at best. Not to mention this blowhard actually believes that a “guest worker” program would work.
