In Arkansas this is not statutory rape. Same in many other states. And the boy wasn’t trespassing because the girl invited him in.

And the boy refused to leave after being ordered to by the owner of the property and began a physical assault on the property owner.

The father had already warned this boy NOT to arrive attended. The Father is the home owner, the boy knew this all to well, thus why he hid his car down the road.

In the real world, this kid was trespassing on more than one level. I highly doubt the home ownership had the girls name on it.
