I notice that the camps have not really been “dismantled” as some news outlets have reported, but rather abandoned with skeleton staff left in place...that supports your suspicion that they are just avoiding being a target at present.
I agree. What disturbs me is are they empty out of fear of a PREEMPTIVE strike or a REACTIVE strike.
