On the contrary, I don't think they have ever LIED or tried to cover up a terrorist event. What they have done is made an important distinction between a delusional suicidal loner wannabe and an actionable conspiracy by an organized group with an identity and a political mission. That's not a lie. It makes a difference. It makes a difference in how a government should respond to it.

That has to be one of the top infrastructure targets within the area. Terrorism or sabotage should be high on the investigators list of possible causes.
