Highway 35W North was closed for resurfacing at the time and it was quite hot here today so, it's entirely likely that those were factors and not terrorism. Let's not jump the gun here.
The good news is that there are two or three hospitals within walking distance of this disaster. The Red Cross has a building that actually is within direct view of the disaster.
