Well, also brought up in the morning radio talk show I listen to on WMAL in DC, the theory that a large barge might’ve hit the bridge overnight as it was going under it, and then the ones in charge of the barge did not report it to authorities for fear that they might be prosecuted is another possibility.
I just don’t think that terrorists would target Minneapolis - St. Paul. This is a city that is “friendly” to the liberal though that the war on terror is “just a bumper sticker slogan”... plus, it is a city that houses more members of CAIR outside of the DC metro area.
I don’t think a large barge could cause such a sudden, complete collapse and not be in the vicinity.
Get in the independent explosives experts. Rule that out, and there will never be any questions about it.
Other than that, this is the result of design flaw and years of vibration that culminated yesterday at about 6 PM.
That is what makes St. Paul a perfect target.
The best place to strike are in areas where you don't stand out. IF there are lots of CAIR members in the area, then fewer people would be suspicious of a group of CAIR members walking around a bridge.
Remember, New York is "friendly" to liberals as well.
Isn’t Minnesota where one of the 9/11 wannabes was found and tried for terrorism? Can’t recall his name.
