First reports are always wrong, and Shep Smith is about as far from being an experienced civil engineer or expert of any kind as it is possible to be.

Remember years ago on some big media story he almost got charges pressed against him for getting into a cat fight with a woman over a parking place.

When he very first came on FOX I was so impressed by his great grooming and looks even though I prefer blonde butterschotch/blue eyes or carmel/green eyes.
Then the rumors started that he was light in the loafers. Poof! The fantasy gone.
I would too, but for different reasons! ;) (although some say he's gay......)
