If the page he waved at Kristinn was supposed to be one of the allegedly offending posts, it’s definitely wrong. That page was from a thread about Gov. Keane and higher taxes in VA, and on which I saw no offensive posts. On that basis alone, I’d say there was at least some misdirection.

I watch his show regularly. He seldom lies, at least in a way that's noticeable, but it shows when he does.
It was obvious from his demeaner and presentation that he knew, or a least suspected, the truth about FR.
His body language, his manner of delivery, along with a couple of other minor things gave him away.
The body language expert that he has on weekly knows it too.
My surprise in this whole thing is the fact that 2 of the 3 accusations had links that lead somewhere. I expected BOR's office to stonewall Jim and Kristin, or give them 3 bogus links instead of only one. I did expect him to trash FR, as that's why he had them on. Kristin did great.
O'Reilly is obsessed with the idea that "ideologues" are ruining the country, but one has to wonder if it's ever crossed his mind where we'd be as a nation if George Washington and the other Founders had been centrists with no strong ideological bent.
