How is having a Kucinich-like foreign policy “conservative”?

How is having a Kucinich-like foreign policy “conservative”?

I'm not a Paul supporter, but why do people make these ridiculously uninformed statements about the guy, like this one. Kucinich was a fervant supporter of Kofi Annan and is a fervant supporter of the United Nations. Paul wants to pull out of the United Nations. Their foreign policy is similar why? Because they agree on on one foreign policy area - Iraq? George Bush's foreign policy is closer to Kucinich's than Ron Paul's.
