Devise an experiment that, under controlled conditions, could potentially falsfy evolution.

When dealing with things like stars or prehistoric times that cannot be brought into a lab there are still ways to do science - predictions are made about events that have not yet been uncovered. Predicting a certain species must exist and then going to look for... or Predicting certain particles or chemicals should be found and then finding them.

Science is not done just in the lab. Other posts have already given examples of findings that would falsify evolution.
