I guess the gang of 14 was just a freeway for conservative judge approval. Absent breaking the gentlemen’s filibuster we were never going to get anymore judges. As far as our nominated judges go 2006 didn’t matter. The SCOTUS however is the absolute most important issue of our time. NOTHING!!! is more important. We MUST win back the Senate and the White House at a minimum in 2008, or our days as a constitutional republic are over.
