Hillary Rodham Clinton is soon going to be under oath in the history civil suit, Paul v Clinton. The California Appellate Court will hear oral arguments on Sept. 7 and determine whether Hillary is brought back into the case as a defendant. In any circumstance, she will be forced to testify. That was made clear in a court hearing last year in the courtroom of Superior Court Judge Aurelio Munoz.

Yes, I know you are saying that Hillary will simply say, "I can't recall." That's expected, but she is going to be confronted with five hours of home video taken by Peter Paul. There are many things that no one would fail to recall. Not even if they were not the smartest woman in the world.

Do you realize that we have obtained a smoking gun video that was withheld by a US ATTY while investigations were proceeding? Do you realize that Bill, Hillary, Chelsea, McAuliffe, Rendell, Craighead, Wolfson, Streisand, Cher and others are on the witness list of all witness lists?

In her declaration, Hillary swore that she met Peter Paul in 2000. Do you think she would forget meeting him in 1993 as he had Fabio chase her around the room, pick her up, and get photographed in a famous romance pose? Would she not remember that? ALBANY — A state commission with broad powers is weighing whether to appoint a special investigator and launch a full-scale probe into the Spitzer administration’s campaign to discredit a political rival.
The State Commission of Investigation, which has extensive authority to investigate “any matter concerning the public peace, public safety and public justice,” will contact Paul J. Curran, a former U.S. attorney who once investigated President Jimmy Carter, to determine whether he would be interested in leading a probe, a state official told The Buffalo News on Friday.

New Yorkers, meanwhile, have expressed skepticism of Spitzer over the matter.
Sixty-two percent of registered voters say they believe additional inquiries are justified, while 50 percent say the governor was aware that his close advisers were trying to smear Bruno, a WNBC-Marist College poll found Friday.

Even within the governor’s party, 45 percent of Democrats say they don’t believe Spitzer’s denials that he was unaware of his aides’ activities. And 80 percent of all voters say Spitzer should be required to testify about wrongdoing by his administration.

In Peter's own case, the DOJ had confiscated all of his evidence and documents, including home videos. After a two-year battle with a US ATTY (who will be named in time), Peter finally got a word a few months ago that they were returning his possessions. They provided him a long list of videos that included on the inventory, 5-MINUTE CONFERENCE CALL, HILLARY CLINTON.

Peter believes that a low level aide in that office made a mistake by acknowledging that they had that film. When they sent Peter a shipment, it did not include that video. Unfortunately for them, they acknowledged possession of it, and Peter's attorney really leaned on them to provide it. It finally came a few weeks after the first shipment of materials.

What is particularly important, in addition to Hillary clearly showing participation and solicitation, is that this tape was withheld while official investigations were proceeding. The FEC was never shown this and the jury in the David Rosen trial was never shown it. Hillary had been cleared by the FEC while important evidence was withheld.

The Clintons have their true believers in every part of government. I believe that whoever was protecting Hillary at the DOJ blew it by releasing the tape to Peter. Hillary must have either forgotten about it or thought it would be hidden forever or destroyed.

Rupert made sure that Hillary will not be targeted by Fox News by taking investigative journalist for FOX News Sunday, Eric Shawn, off of the story (he did 5 reports in 2004-2005 before his producer was fired and he was demoted) and my story was transferred to Sean Hannity who had me on for one segment, seemed totally uninterested in the story, let Alan Colmes browbeat me the entire time, and then buried the story ever since.
After Alan Colmes screamed repeatedly about where the evidence of Hillary's involvement was, they shut me down when I referred them to finding it at www.hillcap.org. Now that I have forced the government to release a video tape (they kept away from three investigations for six years) I made of Hillary describing her involvement with me, Hannity refuses to have me present it to Colmes and rub it in his embalmed face.
