When Vladimir Putin took power in Russia in 2000, the burning question was: "Who is Putin?" It has now changed to: "What is the nature of Putin's Russia?" This regime has been remarkably consistent in its behavior, yet foreign leaders and the Western press still act surprised at Mr. Putin's total disregard for their opinions.

Uhm... You are not too bright The name of the country, as you yourself stated, is Israel. Hence, the arab citizens of Israel are Israelis. The name of the country I live in is United States of America, hence its citizens are americans. The name of the country you live in is Russia, hence, its citizens are referred to as russian.
Kasparov is Rossianin mean the Russia citizen but by his ethnicity he is NOT no Russian.
He's a russian citizen, everything else is irrelevant. Is there anyting in the russian constitution that differentiates between the rights of ethnic and non ethnic russians who are citizens of Russia? I guess Pushkin is not a russian poet then, cause he has african blood.

Tell it to them they will laghter you off:). They call themselves Arabs not jews not Israelies.

Rights are same but the ethnicities are different. So Kasparov his real name is Kasparian are not Russian but Rossianin.
I guess Pushkin is not a russian poet then, cause he has african blood.==
Pushkin has the small part of teh african blood. But by his birth he is ethnic Russian. His parents were Russians.
Do not mix the ethnicity and the citizenship. I beleive you do not. No jew from Briton Beach I met in USA mixed that things. Only for sake of the discussion they may pretend that do not understand:)).
Right, they are israeli arabs. They don't deny this.

Constitution wise there's no diference. Pushkin has the small part of teh african blood. But by his birth he is ethnic Russian. His parents were Russians.
Oh, so now you decide that there's an acceptable fracdtion of non russian blood?
Do not mix the ethnicity and the citizenship. I beleive you do not. No jew from Briton Beach I met in USA mixed that things. Only for sake of the discussion they may pretend that do not understand:)).
I highly doubt htat you have met many. Citizenship is citizneship. You are living in your communist dream where people had their ethnicity stamped on their passport. Wake up.
Oh, so now you decide that there’s an acceptable fracdtion of non russian blood?==
Dear dear:) Any fraction is acceptable. I just said about what makes us Russians, Jews, Arabs and so on. Definetely it is not our citizenship.
Kasparian may be have Russia’ citizenship but he still an Armenian Jew. It is nothing but he won’t be Russian president ever. He knows it.
By the way your ethnicity “stamped” in your birth certificate. So it is official.
Think about it:)..
Glad you don't shy away from who you are. It is nothing but he wont be Russian president ever. He knows it.
Is that what it says in the constitution or are you just declaring your feelings on the matter?
By the way your ethnicity stamped in your birth certificate. So it is official.
Oh, they still do that? For some reason I assumed they abolished that with the fall of USSR. Guess not. Nationality and ethnicity are not the same thing, ofcourse. But you knew that.

Don’t make me laugh. I am an american citizen and an american patriot. You claim loyalty to Russia, and yet your profile clearly states that you are a US citizen.
Think about it.
I would love to visit St. Petersburg and, uh, visit the nice architecture.

Where? I’m the green card holder. After all I’m not anti-american I like America very much but I’m just against the prejudice of some uneducated people toward Russia.
