I paid $350.00 for mine.

What type of ammo?

7.62 X 39mm.

High capacity mags available?

Mine came with 2 30 rounds mags. Additional ones can be had for about $20.00 or so.

Yup. I purchased several 30 & 40 round mags, plus a 75-rd RPK drum mag, (at a gun show).

WASR -10s can be had for $329 with a little dilligent shopping.

AK magazines are relatively cheap, and can be had for as little as ten dollars per.
