BUilding next door is definately involved now. Large flames on the back side and heavy smoke pouring out of the doors — many vehicles in and around that building, so it may be a garage of some type — could see some vehicle explosion/fires at that location shortly.

Court Building has not decided to evacuate. ASPCA building has been evacuated...I hope they took the animals with them.
During the explosions, shrapnel was flying all over! :)
