How does the rate of incarceration compare with the rate of arrests and of convictions?

Are they serving time for crimes that other races are given a pass? I don’t thing so!

Larry Elder once said that violent crime victims of ALL races, when asked what the race of the criminal was say it was a "person of color" about 50% of the time. He then asked what kind of black woman would lie and say it was a "black guy" who raped her if it was a white man?

The prize quote is this, though: "But numerous scholars have correlated crime to conditions of poverty - and African Americans remain disproportionately poor." This is the most damnably racist statement of all. So poor black people don't know the difference between right and wrong? Does that mean that rich white people are the most moral, then? Yeah Ted Kennedy is a paragon of virtue.
