Never listened to WTOP because they talk with such a monotone. I think that was on purpose so those that listened to them to and from home would be lulled to sleep. That way WTOP’s traffic report had a little excitment.

Ha, ha! It was great during snowstorms when Mike Marlboro used to get on and scream at everyone to stay off the roads.
Don’t know if you remember her, but they dug up that lefty Victoria Jones. Awesome voice. I am very susceptible to her lovely British accent, but a lib for sure.
