No, I barely remember the TV show. It came on in reruns when I was in grade school. I used to have to sneak over to the neighbor’s house to watch it and Batman cause my mom didn’t think it was age appropriate.

So was I, but I guess my parents remembered the positive aspects of both.
I somewhat remember the x-over epi. GH and Cato get pushed into a printing press, but in the life-size images coming out, GH doesn't have his "weapon", so Batman knows that they were not squashed.

Yeah, our parents did not understand that at age 5, we had no idea why women were wearing such tight clothes. We thought it was to make it easier to do karate kicks.

Julie Newmar made a much better Catwoman than Ertha Kitt.

Said it before and I’ll say it again; I just loved those 2 in “Lord of the Rings”.

I love DMs take on sports.
Unfortunately, it sounds more like the police blotter than the sports page.

I like these old bits of TV Americana. Dennis should get some of the old Batman cast on, too.

Fess Parker was making the rounds last month or so. One of his shows/seasons was being released on dvd.
He had some interesting stories. He was supposed to be in "The Searchers" but Walt Disney wouldn't let him [out of his contract], then years later, beating out a Disney product for something, and being congratulated by Walt (who died shortly afterwards).
A few years ago, Yvonne Craig was doing a book promo. "I had to fight to do my own motorcycle riding in the show..."

Did you know that in the Green Hornet radio show that Kato was Filipino?
Geezers will recollect that Kato was Japanese until
December 1941; then magically morphed into Philipino.
I’d be more able if I didn’t remember that.

That's interesting. I'll have to check to see what I have for epis, and listen to the intros tonight.
Hopefully, the date is included in the title of each one.
