I think you did and I do think that is significant.

Nonetheless, it is very difficult to get anything done in Washington DC. It is much easier to stop almost everything.

The increased power to enforce the border would be and will be a difficult thing to accomplish.

For this reason, I urge a constructive approach to border issues focused on the future rather than bashing Bush.

The future? That's what I'm pulling my hair out worrying about. The integration of three countries without borders will be the end of us.
