“I am one lifelong Catholic who is verrrrrry skeptical that Mr. Hayes will ever be up for sainthood even if he converts from Marxism and left-wing exhibitionism.”
If that tag line your sporting means what I think it means, you’ve got little room to talk. geesh

You are certainly entitled to your opinion. And even to advertise it. The TdTGC is a group of actual Catholics opposed to the SSPX schism. If you happen to be "reformed" and therefore not Catholic, I have made a point of not refighting the Thirty Years' War, of respecting while disagreeing with my "reformed" brothers and sisters and remembering that we have not earned the right to publicly squabble for the entertainment of our godless enemies. We reserve the right to police the ranks of those claiming Catholic status, some of whom are excommunicated schismatics. Think of them as trademark infringers.
May God bless you and yours.

Maybe he should run against Waters for her seat.

Thanks, I enjoyed the article. People seem to want to make it out to be more about Waters, but when I read it, my impression is, its more about Hayes. There’s nothing unusual about Waters. She’s quite usual, unfortunately. He’s a rarity, unfortunately.

Maybe you should find out what you’re talking about, before you put a man down. Ted Hayes is no Marxist nor Left-wing exhibitionist, so, there’s no conversion necessary!

What are the specifics of his “advocacy” for the homeless??? Does he advocate that they get jobs the old-fashioned way, that they pay rent for living quarters? Why is he going to Comrade Maxine’s office other than to seek publicity which would be exhibitionism. I continue to suspect that he is no St. Francis Xavier and no von Mises.

It's incredible the way cops waste time and resources instead of hassling Mexicans. Look at how the cops waste money investigating murders and rapes and robberies when they could be busting day laborers.
What is the difference between homeless street bums and illegal day laborers? Answer: Day laborers, ummmm, WORK, by definition. Maybe the border folks might want to employ our dear native homeless pushcart people manning the borders. Think of it as an apparent solution to at least two apparent problems.
With so many people wasting their steam on an issue that has already been decided against them (and in favor of 12-20 million "illegals" and their kids), it is no surprise that the conservative movement is making so very little headway. We used to define ourselves by opposition to taxes and spending and welfare statism, support for gun rights, dedication to the "permanent things" of Western Civilization, law and order in our streets, national defense (as in a big strong military made up of well-trained and equipped young volunteers, ready, willing and able and eager to kill our foreign enemies and break their things unapologetically), for God, for conventional family, for babies born and unborn and for other values traditionally conservative including individual freedom consistent with the foregoing.
Everything is soooooo much simpler when you figure out how to blame everything on Juan and Maria.

Congress is totally out of control, and out of touch. It is all about power and newfound votes, to keep that power. And it is both parties . . . not just Maxines democrat party. From Trent Lott to Lindsey Graham, who refer to those opposing the bill as bigots, and conservative talk radio as the fuel flaming those bigoted flames, the lines are clearly being drawn. The article is inaccurate!
They forgot to mention Americans are too lazy to work, and are vigilantes.
