National Polling Dada | 7-19-07 | Tenn 2005

Posted on 07/19/2007 5:28:20 PM PDT by tenn2005

Three of the latest national polls show Tompson now leading Giuliani by 2.4%

Thompson Giuliani Rassmussen 26 21 Zogby 22 21 Harris 29 28 ---- ---- Average 25.7 23.3

Tompson Hillary Rassmussen 45 45

TOPICS: Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: electionpresident; fredthompson; giuliani; hillary; therightthompson
The large differences in the major polls can be contributed to the pupulation being included in the poll. The three catagories are, all adults, registered voters, and lickly voters. Lickly voter polls are the best perdictors of the actual results.

Sorry about that. But it doesn’t change the results.

“Lickly voters” is good, but I like “pupulation” the best. I’m a dog lover!

OK, kidding aside, I don’t know whether to put any stock in any polls this early, but as a FRedhead, I’m encouraged by this.

Thompson's current outstanding performance is due primarily to my "Fred2008" bumpersticker on my Mini Cooper. I had to truncate the bumpersticker cause I couldn't see out the rear window. However, its effective because I get liberals in Seattle coming up and asking "whose Fred". Very braindead town.

He'll really take off when I put the full "Fred Thompson for President 2008" sticker on my SUV!

It’s encouraging that Fred ties the Hildebeest now, inasmuch as she’s announced and campaigning, and he’s just strolling to the starting line now.

LOL! Without a doubt!

Re the “who is Fred” comments you get, I continue to maintain that many lickly voters in the pupulation aren’t paying attention yet, wonder what’s going to happen when they start?

Fred’s positions aren’t that clear to those who aren’t really paying attention. It’ll be interesting to see what happens when it becomes clear to folks what he truly proposes to do. That said, I consider myself as “paying attention” and like what I see so far.

The large differences in the major polls can be contributed to the pupulation being included in the poll.

The problem there is that dogs can't vote.

"He'll really take off when I put the full "Fred Thompson for President 2008" sticker on my SUV".

Careful with that in Seattle. Any dissent from the liberal orthodoxy may get your tires slashed by open minded leftists.

Harris, huh?

Hmm.

If Rass, Mason Dixon (I’d rather their polling over Zogby’s), and Harris all declare Thompson the frontrunner a month after he announces I’d be inclined to believe Rudy is finally toast.

Right now, Thompson is serving his role well in weakening Rudy.
