just interested big or small town, urban or rural area.

Big town til 2000 (Cincinnati) small rural towns since.

State troopers, CPD, and County Sheriffs were among those I had the described conversations with.

All were at night, and its amazing how nice they are when you turn off your ignition, turn ON all the interior lights, put the window down before they get up to the car, and keep your hands at ‘10 and 2’ so they can see them....(chuckle)

Warning - when Ohio passed its CCW law in 2004, they made the penalty for carrying in a car without a license MUCH more severe. You’re looking at a felony my friend. Worth the risk? Get your Ohio CHL!

... I am convinced ...

"It better not have been any of my students ...

Since this seems not to be getting through to everyone ...

IF YOU ARE A CHL-HOLDER ...

THESE REQUIREMENTS APPLY TO YOU IF ...

Do I have your attention yet?

Not a bad article, but the author could have eliminated some of these (above) parts of his article.

I have met some firearms instructors who seem to think they are the only ones who know anything about firearms and their use.

Claiming "ownership" of weapons training students, shouting your arguments (textually), and talking down to gun owners is not IMO a very good approach. I believe it takes away from what was otherwise a good article.

I’m aware of the laws in my state.
