That house is considered upscale?

Man, If that’s what’s considered upscale there, count me out... that’s a bread and butter house, hardly upscale.

That is actually a very upscale part of town. Washington D.C. is a city full of crappy old houses that people pay way too much money for, and then you get to live in a neighborhood of Doody-heads.

That house is in Northwest DC, and probably is worth well over $1,000,000.
