He doesn't have to worry - India is exempt, like China, Mexico, and all third world countries from signing on to Kyoto.

I'm sure alGore will pass an edict that compels them to keep the pollution in their skies from crossing borders...and the pollution in their skies is going to increase exponentially as the big companies pick up their skirts - those that haven't already - and move to these countries where they can pollute to their hearts content. * _{wouldn't that mean even MORE pollution in the atmosphere?}
