Mostly these people are macrobiotic vegetarian types who think enemas are a cure-all. The stuff they find to put up their rears is amazing in it’s variety. I think they like it.

I suggest reviewing its posting history. It reveals someone with lots of anger and bitterness and other issues. Maybe the comments about being off meds aren't so far off.
You know, if eating organic and avoiding those nasty drugs is the answer to health and longevity, then why did Jesus go around healing so many people of so much illness? Where did all those nasty toxins come from?
Oh, never mind. It occurs to me that they may not have heard of enemas back in those days.....
Either that, or they have found the miracle cure (colon purge, vitamin, etc) AND, they just happen to sell it. GO FIGURE
I have seen several of my elderly patients duped into buying hundreds of dollars of worthless junk they cannot afford, because it will restore their health to the way they were when they were 30, it will add years to their life, cure their arthritis or cancer, or some other promise. Snake oil salesmen are still around, they just have changed their tactic.
I don’t care if my patients use alternative medicine, whatever makes them happy. But I do feel inclined to step in and give an opinion when there is real financial and physical harm being done.
