Smart move. He refuses to bang on Giuliani, while visiting with angry former supporters of Giuliani.

I’m not crazy about GOP candidates cozying up to a Union boss, even an anti-RINO Rudy one.

I guess it’s “Hate on Rudy” day. Steve Cassidy already endorsed Hillary Rotten Klinton last year for the Senate, and will probably back her next year. The article didn’t tell any body that.

LOL! Somehow, I'm sensing that there's much more meaning to your post than the words themselves indicate. Maybe it's that word "pol"? Am I wrong?

This firefighters union supported Kerry in 2004. The foaming at the mouth Rudy haters would rather side with Democratic operatives.

That's a pretty political move by ol' Fred, the non-candidate. I like the way he says he hasn't decided his own position on Giuliani's incompetence and criminal derliction. LOL.
I suppose we'll now read another bunch of comments by people who just figured out that unions always endorse Democrats. But what's far more important than who they endorse is who their PAC supports. That's their real political power, not their endorsements. It's having a PAC to run commercials against someone like Rudi-Tudi is where their power is. Many unions can also field quite an army of volunteers in supporting candidates in some regions of the country.

So, it’s ok with you if Thompson uses liberal democrats to attack another Republican? Just asking.

“”So, its ok with you if Thompson uses liberal democrats to attack another Republican? Just asking.””
Why not? It sure seems like plenty of other GOP candidates have no problem using Lib-Dems to attack him.
Hmm nothin’ but chirping crickets from the Mitt-matics, Huntertrons and Paulanoids.
It’s a shame that Mitt had them make that new clipping service web site with the LA Slimes’ articles about FDT.

It’s okay with me if shrewd politicians know how to move nimbly in a campaign. Or a non-campaign like the Fredster has.

OK. Just wanted to know where you stood in the months ahead.
I am not interested in debating...just clarifying everyone’s position.
I am now retreating to my place as observer only.
Good night.

No Thompson should not be meeting with STEVE CASSIDY, a DEMOCRAT UNION boss known by all to be a slime, who tries to tear down the accomplishments of Rudy’s 9/11 response. Who would spit in the eye of any conservative candidate. Then he praises Cassidy the day after he releases a vile video paid for by Union funds. Thompson here showed no class.

Well, considering the topic of this article it does make sense for you to just drive the topic elsewhere.
