Mort's seemed more cheerful lately, but he's hopelessly bigoted against Hindus and Chinese people. He'd rather give the immigration slots to uneducated Mexican peasants than to hardworking professionals ready to make a difference in the world.

I'm sure he doesn't see himself as bigoted, but he is. He's so bad I've had to dump him over in the category of people like Robert Kennedy Jr. who want to shoot down those who do not agree with them.
