You got that backwards. He needs to have distinguished himself through past accomplishments and yes getting his mug on TV and radio talk shows -- so the public has some idea who he is and what he has accomplished with his life so he is in a position to raise money; 24 years as a worker bee in the House ain't gonna cut it. Nobody is gonna hand fame to anybody and money don't buy a winning campaign... i.e. look at sorry assss mcPain

Hunter has been making the rounds. The MSM ignores him, and the GOP has no interest in conservatism, only winning.

If you think that money isn’t important in getting the message out, I think you’re greatly mistaken.

Do you think Rudy is where he is because his supporters know who he is, or because they like his policies?

McCain was popular until people got to see what he really stood for. The same thing will eventually happen with Rudy,

Since Thompson hasn’t had to be specific yet, time will tell if the same can be in store for him.
