Proof positive that politicians DO NOT do what they want to LEGISLATE The People into doing.
This is a given...and even more so in all high-crime minority districts..... This will forever puzzle me.....
Also, one should not overlook the FACT that he is building a 9,200 square foot home in a poor minority district, where many homes lack basic air conditioning......
Hmmmmmmmmmm....do ya think his constituents are sharp enough to raise an eyebrow?
