Should it be legalized for a married man? Would in not still be adultary, he is already legally married to his wife, so how can they legalize illicit sex with another woman? -or man?

Get real.

I've got a question: Does Vitter have a security clearance? If so, was he required to disclose this info to the Feds? And if he is/was indeed required to disclose the info in order to obtain the clearance, did he?

And now that I think about it, one more question: Has Vitter ever submitted to blackmail?

And the possibility of blackmail is just one more reason why character should bloody well count.

There is a difference between immorality and illegal. While sex with a prostitute is immoral, should it be illegal? I think it should be legalised provided if it is put to a vote among the residents of the city/town involved.
