It would be amusing if President Bush pardoned him out of the blue. The Dims would have a fit trying to figure out what to say about pardons. (Do I need to say I don't want this to happen?)

Nothing will happen to AG III. And I find if sad that while he considers what is happening to his son is worthy of treatment, AG, Jr., is spending time on GMA vice being with his son.

The presidential pardon power only applies to Federal offenses.

I think GW ought to pardon the kid. It would be a wise thing and the media would be dumbstruck that GW offered out the hand of forgiveness.
