Nothing for any Christian holiday, but at least a sop for American and Americans.
Progress, I suppose...

The bald eagle is not supposed to carry an olive branch.

Hmmm. I’m getting the usual logo. I emptied the cache and reloaded, but it didn’t change. Maybe my IP?

On the ‘Great Seal’ the Eagle has both olive branches and arrows (as shown in the image.)

You better alert the US Mint then. Look on the back of your dollar bills.

From the point of view of the observer (us) the eagle is flying left.
Not good.

The bald eagle is not supposed to carry an olive branch. Yes, it is. Olive branches held by one talon...arrows by the other, showing that as a nation we offer peace and friendship, but are also ready to defend ourselves against those who would attack.

(A large gov't agency is more expensive than a smaller agency with the same mission, yet does less)

I see them in the other talon.

I normally do, but I’m signed out. I still get the usual logo no matter where I go on the site or how many times I reload.
To: slowhand520
You can see them better with a larger view.

I know when I first load iGoogle, the logo is based on your theme. Unless you have the Google classic chosen, then that is what appears. I had to go over to Google.com to see the logo. Not sure why you can’t see it.
