If they were Christian, one would think that a local church was sponsoring them and would include them within their fold. There would be no need for private nothing! imho

If it were happening near my mother, I would be doing the same thing you are. Hopefully you will be able to find something out via the permit route. I can’t think of any reason permits wouldn’t be public knowledge. I’ll ask hubby when he comes home tonight as he has to pull permits quite often.
