If they have poured foundations for buildings, they would have had to pull permits from the town/township, I would think. At least here in CA you have to have a permit to do any type of building or repair. Maybe you could check with the city or township, whichever way it is done in TX, and see if they can give you any info.

Sounds odd to me.

Thats what I am doing from the Internet, since I don’t live their, just my parents have 10 acres. Others in the area have sold 100 - 200 hundred acre tracks for over a million dollars. The Bland School District is building a new school to handle the influx of Nigerians until they finish there owe private schools and college. The have started to poor the foundation for the schools. I drove by a church they had built and the foundation they were pouring but there were no signs saying who was building.

I am looking on line to see if i can find any building permits.

It is just strange. Way out in the middle of now where and nothing saying who they are in all that construction.

I know Nigeria has Christian’s and Muslim’s. I can’t see why they would need to spend the money on Christian society camp in the middle of the bible belt.
