Bush refused to sign Kyoto, gave us 2 excellent SCJs and saw the need for a WOT. I just dont understand his stance on our southern border. Im truly baffled. I've never believed there was a war on terror with the border wide open. It's a war on selected terror.

While I agree to a certain extent that the WOT makes no sense with a porous southern border, I have to say that Bush has certainly done more to take the fight to them than anyone else has done.
