Well, y'know ... it really is unfair of the insurance companies to deny coverage because of pre-existing conditions.
Wait a minute! Webb’s been partners with this friend for 15 years! The friend does his Web site. And the friend never bothered to go to Webb’s house and see why he wasn’t answering the phone???? That is just way too suspicious.
Plus, Webb thought someone had hacked his computer or Web site. His friend had total access to his Web site. I hope the police are investigating the “friend.”
This is just a wild guess, but I’d bet the killer is a gay lover. The MSM avoids mentioning the high incidence of violence among homosexuals whenever possible. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.

btw, physical violence is a bad thing but I have no intention of trying to dial back my personal anger and am not telling others to do so, except perhaps those who are getting close to acting out. So many things have sent me just completely over the top in the last few years. Man...I remember when Al Gore's campaign surrogate, the Texas NAACP, ran the James Byrd ads saying a Bush victory would mean more African Americans dragged to death, etc. I do not do physical violence myself, but people who take their incendiary lies to that sort of level are courting it.

Maybe the cops should start looking within the homosexual community for the perp. Neth might be a good place to start.
I think Free Republic should be consultants to the Seattle PD! We’ve probably done as much legwork as they have. The Seattle Times reports that computers were missing from Webb’s home. Obviously someone close to Webb did it, who had been “corresponding” with him via email. It shouldn’t be too tough to find out who he was emailing recently and make a relatively short suspect list.

Might be stuff on his computer he was using to blackmail others. Seems like he didn’t have any money and needed a place to stay. No one breaks into a house just to steal a computer these days.
Theft could not have been the motive. A burgler would never have taken the time to wrap up the body and hide it in the crawl space. I suspect that this case is never going to be solved because some very powerful people within the Seattle gay community will not want it solved.

Interesting theory. This whole case is fascinating. Just from googling around, there is a ton of stuff on this guy. He clearly was crazy, but he has a bunch of rabid left wing followers on DU. They actually bought the story that he was “set up” by Bush operatives in the car insurance scam. Webb really got off with a light sentence for a felony. Was there a Seattle gay infrastructure protecting this guy? Could he have been blackmailing some gay bigshots? What were the “strange objects” found by his body? Being gay in Seattle is no big deal so it can’t be someone worried about being “outed”. It must be some kind of sordid underground activity he was involved in that someone wanted to hide. pedophilia?

Pure speculation, here. Yes, indeed, there is a powerful gay community in Seattle [GSBA, for instance]. Webb could have been getting ready to drop a dime on someone.
