Woohoo!
One battle won. Great news, though the war continues.

Thank God, but this thing is not completely dead yet.
You can bet dollars to donuts that the bribe pens will be out in force after this one.

Will some kindly publish the list of RINO’s who voted for this thing, so we’ll know whom to work against?

Also, watching on CSpan, I notice that both Brownback and Voinovich initially cast Aye votes, then changed their votes to No once the issue was decided. There may be others.I hope someone youtube's this vote, as we need proof of these scum trying to cover their asses.

They are going to keep bringing it back until they get enough “yes” votes. This will hopefully energize the general American masses to see these politicians, Dems and Pubs, are unified against us.
Now, to really drive our point home, wouldn’t it be great if we kept up the pressure, and pushed it further by continuing to bombard their phones with our next message:
BUILD THE FENCE!
ENFORCE EXISITING IMMIGRATION LAW NOW!!
To: HeartlandOfAmerica; All; PhiKapMom
Now that this is done, DeMint, Sessions etc. need to introduce a hard-core Senate bill on border enforcement like the one introduced to the House. That's the way we can see who is actually FOR border enforcement.Actually a good bill is sitting in the Senate Judiciary ready to go!

"Securing Americas porous borders and controlling illegal immigration are two of the most important issues for the future of our country. That is why I recently introduced the ENFORCE Act of 2007 (S.1269) to increase criminal penalties for first-time illegal entry, increase the number of agents available to police the border and establish criminal penalties for forging federal documents."

I, for one, am NOT content with the fact that we have up to 30 million illegals in the country. Lets work on getting them removed via ENFORCEMENT. We have won the battle, now lets win the war. Agreed, this is where we can drive the point home and see enforcement, if we Americans are up to winning this war...

That’s right. We’ll fix their wagons. We will stop voting for Repbulicans and will elect more DEMOCRATS to the Senate to make sure that even more illegal aliens flood the boarders are fruitful and multiply. And don’t forget all those aliens with be voting for MORE DEMOCRATS!

Within weeks we will be fighting for free speech restrictions ranging from the renewing of the 'Fairness' Doctrine to more restrictions on campaign finance.
Yes, we will. This win against the whole DC establishment, however, shows how strong we are, as nothing else has before. So, to the enemies of freedom, I say: BRING IT ON! and JUST TRY, YOU BASTARDS!!

Right. It's dead, and we need to BURY it next.
Today, I have renewed faith in Lincoln's words..
(Our Nation still)...under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."

Did anyone record CSpan or get timestamps on votes. A late change from a "yes" to a "no" is like saying you didn't commit adultry because the woman you picked up at the bar turned out to be a transvestite.
