Didn't Voin acknowledge on Hannity last night that he, Voin, hadn't even read the darn thing yet? In fairness, no Senator is going to actually read any bill in its entirety. The staff is supposed to do that and prep their guy to be able to talk intelligently. Which V's staff obviously did not do.
