I know BrownNose and Voinovich (who can’t be intimidated) switched. Weren’t there others who waited until the writing was on the wall before they voted?
As another poster has stated. Today a lot of early yeas turned to nays after the nays hit 40; likewise, the smarter ones just sat back and voted in the end when it didn’t matter. You’ll have to check you tube to determine the exact order they voted in and to catch the switched votes.
