Ensign Is a No [NR Staff]

National Review has learned that Senator John Ensign (R., Nev.) will vote no on cloture on the immigration bill. Ensign told the president and Minority Leader McConnell about his decision last night. He appears to be the fifth senator to change his vote from yes to no.
High five!
I hope his conversion sticks. I wonder how far Bush will go? Will he did out the FBI files, too? If bribes don't work, he has other tools.
