I remember when the conflict regarding the counting of votes occurred in the 2000 election one of the news media had an "expert" in election law who worked for the democrats was being interviewed. He said it is easy to steal an election. He said clearly, "Just keep counting the votes until you win."

This will be Bush/Kennedy/reid method for getting this legislation. This is not over until the vampire has a stake through its heart.
