This has nothing to do with immigration, Harry Reid is talking right now about immigration and giving these lying sob stories...hmmmm I think this is about ILLEGAL immaigration and our borders not being secure. The bill was already approved to build the fence! Build the fence!
Reid is talking on and on like someone who knows he is going to be executed and doesn’t want to stop talking to let it happen. He must know the votes are not there. Let us pray this is the case. (or perhaps he is waiting for Chertoff to get another briefcase of cash to offer Ben Nelson to vote for cloture)

Roll call has started. Brownback vote aye (for cloture and for amnesty.) I’ve gotten two funds appeals from him recently because I’m on pro-life mailing lists. I’ve ignored them because I knew he was pro-amnesty. If I get another one, I’ll send it back and let him know what I really think of him.
