You are asking the people on the border to fight on unequal terms. Drug runners (many of whom have military training) do not follow rules of engagement, of any kind. This was not an ambush or sniping of someone who may or may not have been breaking law, this was after a physical altercation where one agent lay wounded. Yet you ask this man to retreat and call the agency legal team before reacting?
Try a ride-along with your local LE sometime to better understand how the real world works. It ain’t pretty.

For example, I would support spending lots of scratch for new military equipment and technology, and/or a new fence/wall to protect our borders.
The delusion of GWB is the fact that he thinks that giving illegal border jumpers 100 PERCENT OF WHAT THEY WANT will somehow curb future illegal immigration.
I say 100 percent of what they want because most illegals dont care about becoming US citizens.
They just want to be able to suckle off the US system without having to worry about getting deported or charged with illegal trespass.
And lastly, illegals coming across our southern border are not "starving" like the claims made by the open borders crowd.

The Immigration Bill (As well as all the other Globalist BS Bush is now attempting to push through) is the most important issue of our Age as far as the future of this of this Country. Iraq and the WOT pale into insignificance beside it.
