Unlimited Internet Minutes!!!
Then why are text messages limited to 200?

What do think of AT&T’s coverage?
http://www.wireless.att.com/coverageviewer/

First review:
http://www.nypost.com/seven/06262007/news/columnists/dont_get_hung_up_on_buying_an_iphone_columnists_glenn_fleishman.htm
“...judging by comparable offerings from AT&T and other carriers, it should run you at least $50 per month in voice service and $40 per month in data service. That adds more than $2,000 to the iPhone’s price tag over two years”

I wonder if his review will change when he sees the rates.

“You can bet that iPhone 2.0, probably available within the next year, will be faster and have more storage - probably for the same price.”

Of course, but isn’t that going to be true almost every year?

Nevermind.
The poor fool is getting ripped to shreds on the NYPost message board!
http://blogs.nypost.com/mb3/archives/2007/06/dont_get_hung_u.html
He didn’t know what the heck he was saying on several points.

One excerpt:

So you wrote this when you got to use a real journalist’s review unit for 5 minutes, and before you knew that AT&T’s talk/data plan was going to start at $60 instead of $90.
So you thought you’d compare a cellphone screen with a laptop.
So you thought you’d get a scoop by being first with a review.
So you’re a total idiot, and you’ve made your fish and chips wrapper of a newspaper look like even more a rag than it did already.
I’m ashamed to hear you’re a Mac user. You should use a Dell, seriously. You don’t deserve any better.
Your write up is gutter journalism at its worst, and totally in tune with the rest of the publication.

That's Al Gore logic. The monthly fee is for the service that will be the same regardless of the price of the phone.

Of course, but isn’t that going to be true almost every year?

And for every electronic product.
