Conservatives hate the act of Homosexuality. Would you bring in a baby who is gay into the world? I am unsure if I would. Perhaps I am being honest which is difficult to do for some here. This is a conservative website so if you are pro-homosexuality why are you here?

If there’s a gay gene for men, then there must be a DIFFERENT gene for gay women. Elementary logic. Then the gene must reappear over and over again, because it is not passed on to any descendents.
Really want to muddy the waters? Parents whose embryos are found to have the gay gene can give them up for stem cell research.
I would love to see how the Democrats spin that one.
Naming your son “Lance” while still in the womb automatically causes him to be infected by the gay gene.

Well, you do not have be pro or con to be a conservative. If you have a gay family memeber, you deal with it!
I would love to see how conservatives react to that one. What do they hate the most: homosexuality or stem cell research? LOL
From talking to women whose husbands have this problem, they say that they NEVER get over that predisposition...don’t know what causes that.
Is a limp wrist, a talent for accesorising, and lack of offspring really in tune with survival of the fittest?

Maybe it’s imprinted, like when chicks recognize their mothers in the first creature they ever see. Maybe at some point in our psychosexual development, whatever event or situation comes up, it triggers awakening and fixes preferences. This isn’t altogether nature, nor altogether nurture.
I think a thread like this could also bring forth more people to the pro-life cause.
Maybe some of us are here because we are conservative on the immigration issue, the war on terror and the second amendment for example.
The hunt for a Gay gene will be fruitless. The condition if genetic, could just as well be the result of a missing gene. A lack of a specific gene will be near impossible to detect.
Cher (D) was less accepting of Chastity Bono’s lesbianism than Sonny (R) was.
Sex Positive advocates (like those cited as Canadian researchers in this article) don’t care about the “science” of sexual desires.
They seek to end all moral judgements over sexual pairings regardless of sex, age, relation, marital status, number, or species of partner(s). They see abstinence as unhealthy because it is a supression of sexual desires.
As is telling a person not to act on homosexual feelings.
In society we screen out potential “partners” on a number of criteria: Looks, “availablity” (are they married or seeing someone), maturity, not of the same family... Sex positive advocates think that is foolish. If you want to eat an apple, “do it”.
Reich, Kinnsey, and feminists have pushed this agenda for the better part of the 20th century. It is a global campaign. In America we are still reviled by the rest of the world for being “too puritanical”.

I believe distant mothers make lesbians. Also the lack of a loving father can lead a girl to look for a girl like dear old mom.
Mentally absent fathers, strong, controlling, smother, mothers make homosexual men.
