Yes, we have a death penalty, currently suspended due to a lawsuit filed by a criminal on death row, who claims that lethal injection is “inhumane” and cruel.

Ohio has lethal injection. Though they are like some states and almost refuse to administer it.
Alton Coleman (masterminded a crime spree in the mid 1980’s) was executed in Ohio.
