Either you:

A: Believe the prophesies of Joseph Smith, and stand behind them...

B: Are embarrassed by the so-called prophesies and try to distance yourselves from them...

or

C: Believe the White Horse Prophecy, but know that others will think you’re crazy and so try to make it appear that it never WAS a prophecy...

Which is it Reaganesque? Is it a prophecy or not? Was Joseph Smith a Prophet or not? Will the constitution be saved by a Mormon or not?

According to the church, it is not prophecy. But again, even if it were, what is there to be embarrassed about? It states that the church will come to the rescue of the Constitution and the country. It's a "prophecy" about Mormons doing their civic duty. I see no downside to this.
